Do you know the name of the next two restaurants Tom Douglas is opening. I heard there is a new one coming in South Lake Union and somewhere else, but do not know where?

I've been following the news of Tom Douglas' new restaurants for a while now. All that has been released is the location of his new South Lake Union restaurant, but no name as of yet. There may be more than one new Tom Douglas restaurant opening in South Lake Union. He has purchased the Terry Avenue Building in the heart of the new Amazon.com campus. He may split that building into two or even three eateries. Similar to what he has done with Dahlia Lounge & Bakery. Although, it could just be one large restaurant also.

Tom Douglas is also taking over the retail space on the corner of Western Avenue & Virginia Street at Pike Place Market. Rumors were he and his wife Jackie Cross want to open a restaurant specializing in smoked seafood, but that project has been put on hold for now.

I'll update my blog with any news regarding Tom Douglas' new restaurants. Thanks for checking out my blog!
