NAME CHANGE: Campagne to reopen as Marché

Eater Seattle reports that Pike Place Market's Campagne will change its name to Marché. Campagne has been closed for renovations since January. Chef/owner Daisley Gordon plans to reopen as Marché on September 1st. Marché will continue to offer French cuisine, but it will also include other European and North African fare. Downstairs, Cafe Campagne will continue operations as normal.

Marche is NOT just a name change from Compagne. The food is still very French and impeccably done, but the atmosphere is fresh and relaxing. You have more choice of price range because you can order Nibbles, Small Plates, Large Plates (entree and accompaniment), &/or dessert. Of course, great selection of wine- but ANY wine is sold by the glass as well as by the bottle.
